Raja Sethi was born in New Delhi and raised in Tuscany. He has worked professionally in European cinema and television since 2012 (Sandokan, DOC, Suburra, The Resurrection of the Christ; Rai, Netflix, Disney+), and created The Human Actor, his post-Stanislavski system. He speaks English, Italian and Hindi fluently.

The Masterclass is built to work as an international room: scenes are worked in English or in Italian, and the training bridges the European screen tradition with a global perspective. If you are travelling from abroad, you train in an Italian room, in Florence, one of the most inspiring cities in the world in which to study a craft.

This is advanced training, for actors who already have a foundation (drama school, structured training or professional work) and want to master acting for the camera. Admission is by application.

Why travel for this room?

Because of who is in front of you. The Masterclass is taught by a working screen actor, with credits you can verify (Sandokan, DOC, Suburra; Rai, Netflix, Disney+), and it follows The Human Actor, a working system founded by an actor who uses it on set. The room is capped at twelve, admission is by application, and every scene is directed personally.

If you are coming from India: Raja was born in New Delhi and works in European film and television. He speaks English and Hindi fluently, so scenes can be worked in Hindi as well. For an actor looking toward Europe, it is a rare bridge between the two industries.

Investment & Practical Details

Joining From Abroad

The participation fee is €1,000 for applications accepted and confirmed with a 50% deposit by 31 August 2026, and €1,200 from 1 September, maximum 12 participants. The fee includes all 40 hours of training (10:00 / 19:00, with a lunch break): the fifth day is dedicated to bringing the work built across the first four days in front of the camera. The Certificate of Attendance is handed on the last day; the best takes are selected and sent via WeTransfer within two weeks. Bank details are sent once your application has been accepted; the 50% deposit confirms your place, the balance is due no later than 7 days before the first day.

Florence is served by its own airport (FLR) and by Pisa (PSA), with direct high-speed trains from Rome and Milan. Accommodation suggestions near the venue are provided upon acceptance.
