The Human Actor
My training began within major acting traditions, including Stanislavski, Strasberg and Adler, and I continued studying other approaches to the craft. That foundation shaped me, but The Human Actor is not a collage of exercises taken from different teachers. Over years of acting, teaching and testing the work in practice, it developed into its own complete process: from the first encounter with a script through analysis, character construction, rehearsal, action, reaction and performance. A process built to train the actor's real instrument: the living human being.
Following this system, the actor can answer the question that matters: «A script has arrived. Now what? How do I work on it to give the best of myself?» Of myself, always: because in this art form, skill is a personal journey, and this system exists to give it a road. Not inspiration to wait for: a process to carry out.
The Human Actor is not about inventing a new method of acting. It was born from years of trying to answer a much simpler question: why do some actors feel alive and truthful on screen or stage while others remain trapped inside performance, overthinking, emotional forcing, and self-consciousness?
Over time I realised that many actors are not lacking talent. They are lacking a clear process. They are given techniques, exercises, theories, and terminology, but very rarely a coherent understanding of what the actor is actually training.
"You don't become the character. You don't disappear into them. You inhabit them fully, with awareness. You make their truth your own."

"Acting is not a competition. It's a collaborative art form. It's about giving fully and receiving what is given."

"Stop living inside your head. The actor's job is not to overthink, but to be fully alive in service of the story."

Student · The Human Actor
“The Human Actor method finally gave me a clear vision of the process needed not only to approach a new role, but to understand a character deeply and organically, and to overcome the fear of not being able to apply the theoretical work behind preparing every new job. Through a series of logical and repeatable steps, constantly evolving, you can truly dig beyond the words, beyond the surface, to give body and bring to life a unique, coherent, real character. I am grateful for everything this technique has taught me and continues to teach me, more and more.”
Ghilda Gallifoco
Student · The Human Actor
“The technique offers concrete and functional working tools and follows the principle of consequentiality. Starting from a technical base structure and the study of the essential components of acting work, you will discover how your instrument processes the technique and above all how to guide the inner flow in the direction of the work. The preparation with The Human Actor method helped me find clarity and direct my energies. From the body to the mind, from the mind to the body. And what surprises and moves me most is the multidisciplinary imprint, which truly reflects the complexity of the human being.”

“This technique helped me live the scene, making emotions more spontaneous. I found the focus on character analysis truly innovative · it allows you to go deeper into every aspect of the character and grasp the most complex nuances. This approach has made my acting work more truthful and engaging.”
